We provided Polycab India Ltd. with an advanced material handling solution to replace their previously labor-intensive and time-consuming process. The setup includes a continuous vertical conveyor for moving materials from the 2nd floor to the ground, directly feeding into a telescopic conveyor for efficient truck loading. An additional telescopic conveyor was installed at the dock to streamline dispatch operations. This automated system has reduced manpower requirements and significantly improved loading speed and overall operational efficiency.
